For what purpose do we process your personal data?

In MCV, S.A. we process data for the following purposes, depending on the reason why you have provided them:

  • 1. To manage the data provided directly by the interested party, both at a individual and professional level, to inform them of our products and services, respond to their request, claim or query, and for the later follow up.
  • 2. To manage the data provided by the client when contracting our services, at an organizational, accounting, fiscal and administrative level, as well as to inform them about services, events and news related to our professional activity that may interesting for them.

How long will we store your data?

  • The data regarding the management of customer relationship and the billing and payments of the services will be stored for as long as the contract is standing. Once such relationship ends, where appropriate, the data may be kept during the time required by the applicable legislation and until any liabilities arising from the contract expire.
  • The data related to posted comments on our products will be kept during the validity and advertising of the products or services to which they refer, unless you express your wish to have them deleted at any time.
  • The data for participation in events and activities will be kept for as long as necessary for the purposes described, unless you have objected to their processing or have previously cancelled them.
  • The data for sending commercial communications and creating commercial profiles of our products or services will be kept indefinitely until, when it is the case, you express your wish to delete them.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

  • The legal basis for processing your data for purposes 1 to 3 is the execution of the contract regarding corresponding services provided.
  • The prospective offer of products and services to customers and clients is to satisfy the legitimate corporate interest of being able to offer acquiring other products or services to our customers and thus customer loyalty promotion. Such legitimate interest is recognized by the applicable legal regulations (General Data Protection Regulation), which expressly allows processing personal data on that legal basis for direct marketing purposes.

However, we would like to remind you that you have the right to object to processing your data, and you may do so by any of the means described in this Policy.

  • The basis for sending commercial communications to non-customer users is the requested consent of the interested party, which may be revoked at any time. The withdrawal of such consent will in no case affect the execution of the contract, however data processing for that purpose carried out previously will not lose its legality due to the fact that the consent has been revoked.
