Gas suction head

Forced circulation system for sampling air to be analysed using a turbine. The upper part has a cap for protection from rain and a grid to prevent the entry of insects. The lower part has a suction turbine that ensures complete air renewal in 3 seconds. It has a ring with 6 connectors for the suction lines of the analysers. A flexible tube is connected to the head outlet to conduct the excess air to the outside, with the help of a second turbine to which the outlet tubes of the analysers are also connected. It includes an alarm device to signal the malfunction of the suction turbine.

  • Consisting of a vertical stainless-steel tube 1.7 m long and 40 mm in Ø outside.
  • Inert materials in all elements of the assembly in order to avoid interference in the reading of the equipment.
  • Height adjustment as needed in cabins and/or air quality measurement stations.
  • Protective mesh to prevent the intrusion of dust and invertebrates.
  • Minimal maintenance due to direct admission of analysers into individual lines.
  • Assembly with sampled air expulsion system outside the cabin.

Aplicacions

  • Air sampling system for distribution to ambient air analysis equipment located inside cabins or cabinets.
