Portable Zero Air Generator

  • Composed of two separate and interconnected modules:
  • Compressor and reserve tank
  • Purification module for the removal of contaminants.
  • may incorporate a CO oven for the removal of this contaminant.
  • Its characteristics are as follows:
  • NO and NOX content : < 1 ppb.
  • SO2 content : < 1 ppb.
  • H2S content : < 1 ppb.
  • O3 content : < 1 ppb.
  • CO content : <0,1 ppm. (requires CO oven option).
  • Water vapor is removed by compression and steam filter.
  • The dew point is slightly below 0°C.
  • The generator provides up to 5 LPM of clean air , at an adjustable output pressure up to 30 PSI, constantly and continuously.
  • The compressor is mounted on shock-absorbing supports.
  • Weight: 16 Kg.

Applications

  • It is a source of dry, clean air for calibrators, purge air for permeation tube ovens or air for FID analysers.
  • They can be used in a variety of source, zero and flue gas analysis applications for hydrocarbon and total analysers as a dilution or calibration gas for gas detectors.
