Weather station

Set of instruments and sensors for measuring and recording weather and climate data. Composed of a central data acquisition module and sensors for various meteorological variables such as temperature, relative humidity, solar radiation, precipitation, wind direction and speed, among others.

Technical specifications

  • Wind direction sensor with dual tandem potentiometer without blind spot. Range 0 to 359°. Accuracy ±1°. Resolution 1° and linearity 0.5%.
  • Temperature sensor with standardized and linearized PT100 probe. Range from -30°C to +50 ° C. Accuracy of ±0.1°C, and resolution of 0.1°C.
  • Wind speed sensor with DC generator. Range 0.5 to 75 m/s. Accuracy 0.2 m/s. Resolution 0.1 m/s.
  • Solar radiation sensor with a spectral field of 0.3 to 3 μm. Linearity of 2.5%. Sensitivity of 20μV W/m2. Resolution of 1 W/m2 and a range of 0 to 1300 W/m2.
  • Precipitation sensor with tilting double spoon system. Range of 0.2mm per tilt. Accuracy of ±3%.
  • Sensors from various brands are available with differentiating technical characteristics that allow us to choose the best option for the project.
